At 18:13 on Friday, 1 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Wem.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wem.

Reports of chimney fire. Fire crews removed log burner to outside of property. Crews used chimney rods, thermal image camera and buckets of water
