At 14:11 on Friday, 15 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Wem.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wem.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Fire involving undergrowth, a compost heap and a 20 metre tall conifer tree.
