At 16:23 on Friday, 15 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Junction 7 M54 Wellington.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 1 car and 1 small van. No persons found to be trapped upon arrival. Crew making vehicle safe.
