At 09:27 on Saturday, 16 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Wellington.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

• Line rescue

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Rope rescue equipment in use on a steep incline for the controlled descent of 1 casualty requiring medical asistance from Ambulance Service personnel.
