At 19:38 on Monday, 1 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

Road traffic collision involving one heavy goods vehicle that had come to rest on the grass verge. No persons trapped. Crews dealt with the fuel spillage.
