At 09:23 on Tuesday, 23 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Newport and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• 9/10.5m ladder
• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera
