At 18:18 on Thursday, 9 December, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Ludlow .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer, Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One Vehicle left roadway, come to rest on its side, crews using spreaders to release persons trapped.
