At 11:45 on Saturday, 18 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• CO2 extinguisher

Kitchen Fire involving deep fat fryer, out on arrival. Fryer removed from premises and inspection carried out.
