At 22:05 on Tuesday, 7 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as HGV Fire in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Triple/Short extension ladder

HGV fire - contents of trailer unit alight , 2 jets and 2 extension ladders in use.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving large camper van which was unoccupied.
