This survey seeks to capture the experiences and preceptions of misconduct within fire and rescue services and it is intended for all staff (and former staff), including those who have experienced and/or witnessed misconduct and those who have not.
This survey has been issued to all forty-four fire and rescue services in England, and is being hosted by the Crest Advisory on behalf of HMICFRS. The results will be used to inform HMICFRS inspections.
It typically takes around 5 minutes or less to fill in this survey and responses are submitted directly to Crest Advisory and are anonymous, unless you volunteer identifying information.
