At 14:52 on Tuesday, 13 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles - 1 coming to rest in hedge. Crews used v struts and hiab to stabilise the vehicle. 1 person released from vehicle and left in the care of Ambulance crews.
