At 19:50 on Saturday, 18 October, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Whitchurch.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Prees.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

This incident involved one hatchback vehicle 75% involved in fire. All persons accounted for.
