At 08:44 on Wednesday, 26 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Lydbury North.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Clun and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One person extricated from vehicle by crews using holmatro cutters/spreaders. Crews made vehicle safe.
