At 11:08 on Saturday, 20 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

This incident was a false alarm. Thorough inspection carried out and advice given.
