At 16:49 on Friday, 15 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Madley .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire inside toilet cubicle 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet used to extinguish.
