At 12:50 on Friday, 11 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Short extension ladder
• Thermal imaging camera

Alarm activated due to fault in light fitting, short extension ladder and thermal image camera used
