At 15:04 on Friday, 31 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Factory Fire in Telford.
6 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Hodnet, Newport, Shrewsbury, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington.
Incident involving commercial building 200m x 50m, fire involving industrial printer, 4 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, thermal imaging camera in use. Crews from Hodnet and Much Wenlock also mobilised to provide cover at Wellington and Telford stations.

7 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform, the Environmental Protection Unit, the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford, Tweedale and Wellington.
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and a utility company.
Fire involving kitchen and bathroom at detached property 8 Breathing Apparatus 4 Hose reel jets 2 covering jets used to extinguish fire
