4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm good intent, alarm raised following a member of the public seeing an overturned boat on the river. Inspection carried out by Fire Service personnel, nothing found, no further action required.

Water rescue - this incident was a false alarm caused by an over turned canoe in the River.

The boat and associated crew have been mobilised to assist Mid and West Wales with a van that has become stuck in 3feet of flood water - please direct all enquiries to them as this is their incident and in their area.

7 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Ellesmere, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews are proceeding following reports of 2 cows stuck in the canal at Ellesmere. Both cows walked out of the canal - no action by Fire Service Personnel

Fire Service Personnel have rescued a swan with a broken wing from the river using boat crews. An RSPCA officer was in attendance and requested our assistance.
