4 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Cleobury Mortimer, Shrewsbury and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

3 adults from a capsized canoe, safely out of the water prior to Fire Service arrival.
