2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Incident involving 2 vehicles. Crews made vehicles safe using small tools and moved vehicles to a place of safety using the Rescue Tender.

• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involved food left on electric hob. Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet used to extinguish fire.
