1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Knapsacks

Fire involving 60m of stubble and 30m of hedgerow and adjacent field of stubble. Two hose reel jets, knapsack sprayer and beaters used to extinguish.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Highways Agency, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 3 saloon vehicles. 2 persons released by Fire Service Personnel.
