At 00:31 on Wednesday, 27 July, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a false alarm. Faulty domestic smoke alarm. Thorough search of property carried out.
