At 17:56 on Friday, 21 April, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

This incident involved fire in kitchen of domestic property. Crews extinguished using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet. Positive pressure ventilation used to clear smoke logging.
