At 16:02 on Wednesday, 10 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Controlled burn which had spread to nearby trees. Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish.
