At 06:17 on Sunday, 14 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Ruyton XI Towns.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Large shed/outbuilding on fire. No casualties.
