At 11:13 on Tuesday, 16 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Middletown.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Road traffic collision involving one HGV and one private saloon vehicle. 1 casualty released from vehicle. All casualties in care of ambulance crews.
