At 12:11 on Friday, 16 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Kinnerley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Hay alight in the open. Drag rakes and hose reel jets in use
