At 12:37 on Monday, 9 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Collapse Of Structures in Much Wenlock.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Heavy cast iron guttering damaged in storm over hanging public footpath. Crews used aerial ladder platform to bring guttering down safely.
