At 22:48 on Friday, 27 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by fumes from cooking.
