At 05:20 on Thursday, 9 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Nr Welshpool.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Minsterley. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One vehicle in collision with pole and located down steep bank. Casualty self-extricated and crews used short extension ladder to assist driver from bank.
