At 10:36 on Friday, 14 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
