At 08:13 on Sunday, 23 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm due to fumes from burnt cooking.
