At 13:55 on Thursday, 24 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

2 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Telford Central.

Large, over hanging roof tile removed by crews using aerial ladder platform. Advice given to on site staff.
