At 15:45 on Thursday, 24 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Approximately 20m x 30m of tyres well alight within derelict building. Crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 covering jet and 1 thermal imaging camera.
