At 13:30 on Tuesday, 22 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Donnington, Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire in kitchen involving items accidentally left on hob.
