At 17:22 on Saturday, 30 August, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Little Ness.

Fire appliances including the Rescue Tender was mobilised from Baschurch and Wellington.

Also at the scene of the incident were: a vet.
