At 14:38 on Friday, 1 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving engine compartment of saloon vehicle, caused by electrical fault. Two hose reel jets and 2 breathing apparatus used.
