At 16:59 on Monday, 29 June, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Shifnal.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
