At 13:11 on Wednesday, 12 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Sub Station in Shifnal .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks

Fire involving approximately 5 x 5 metres of grass involved in fire caused by sparks from nearby electrical transformer. The transformer has been isolated and left in the care of the utility company. Fire crews used a knapsack to extinguish the grass fire
