At 18:52 on Monday, 7 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Broseley.

5 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Albrighton, Baschurch, Much Wenlock, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm good intent, alarm raised by controlled burning
