At 17:25 on Wednesday, 9 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Baschurch.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Chimney Fire spread to Roof Cavity of property. Chimney gear, thermal image camera and small gear in use
