At 00:26 on Sunday, 8 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wistanswick.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Market Drayton.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving 1 HGV which has a ruptured fuel tank. Crews attempting to stem flow of approximately 100-200 litres of diesel using environmental small tools and environmental grab pack.
