At 12:53 on Wednesday, 11 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews were called to assist with the release of a small child that has accidently become locked in a car, the mother of the child was present along with the vehicle breakdown/recovery company who eventually managed to released the child. No action was needed by Fire Service Personnel
