At 08:22 on Wednesday, 6 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Pontesbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 private motor vehicle and 1 light goods vehicle towing a tanker . The tanker is used for food products and was empty at the time of inc. 1 female casualty conveyed to hospital via land ambulance.
