At 09:33 on Wednesday, 13 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Lift Rescue Persons Locked In in Telford Forge Retail park.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One female and a toddler released from lift by crews using lift keys.
