At 23:58 on Saturday, 16 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving 1st floor bedroom of a two storey derelict cottage. Two hose reel jets and 2 breathing apparatus in use. The road has been closed by T&W council whilst crews deal with fire.
