At 18:19 on Saturday, 30 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Baschurch.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch.

Crews called to a oxygen cylinder with a faulty vale. No action by Fire Service, nothing in use, cylinder fully vented prior to arrival of Fire Service. Advice given.
