At 15:57 on Thursday, 1 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Hanwood.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving straw baling equipment.
