At 00:58 on Friday, 9 June, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder

Fire involving industrial compactor, 1 hose reel jet and short extension ladder in use
