At 10:02 on Friday, 7 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews have been called to assist with effecting entry for an elderly patient that has fallen in the shower and needs medical attention. Small tools used to gain access, incident left with ambulance.
